The energy work for this piece of work was done as a sigil on a paper then put on the canvas, where I could add more energy work with the painted sigil on top of the original sigil. You get the energy and activations from both sigils during meditation; these sigils work within each other for an optimal integration within you. Meditation is two days, 20-40 minutes each day. Depending on how long you’re able to mediate for, it’s a minimum 20 minutes for it to work. Allow integration for one week. Enjoy.
