The energy work for this piece was done as a sigil on a paper then put on the canvas, where I could add more energy work with the painted sigil on top of the original sigil. You get the energy and activations from both sigils during mediation, these sigils work within each other for an optimal integration within you. Meditation is two days , 20-40 minutes each day. Depending on how long you’re able to mediate for, it’s a minimum 20 minutes for it to work. Allow integration for one week. Enjoy. Extra info: The canvas size is 18x24 inches. We ship outside the U.S.
